    NDA has delivered a unique design that will bring a sustainable solution with eco-friendly integration to the existing site. The positioning of the Yacht Club on the hill brings forth an opportunity to create a terraced architecture with stacked levels, an arrangement which creates a unique user experience where most of the spaces have unobstructed views of the marina and the lake.
