Emmanuel Delarue serves as the company’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Architect. He founded NDA Group, headquartered in Shanghai, China, with offices in Lyon, France, Ho-Chi-Minh, Vietnam, and Dubai, UAE. Emmanuel holds a degree in Hotel Planning and Design, Hospitality Administration & Management from CORNELL University, and has more than 33 years of successful entrepreneurial experience in Asia and worldwide.

Thanks to his broad vision, strategic planning capability, and in-depth market insights, he is regarded as a leader and innovator in the design industry. Emmanuel is the design master of various architectural landmarks and a creator of reputable tourism destinations.

Recognized for his global approach to planning and architecture, he is council member of CHINA REAL ESTATE CHAMBER OF COMMERCE and consultant for Sanya Yachting Association. He has been invited to speak at many international forums, such as MIPIM ASIA, IMBC, ICOMIA Conference, Singapore Yacht Show, and more.

Laura QIU

Vice President NDA Group

Laura Qiu, co-founder of NDA, serves as the company’s Vice-President and Business Director. She holds an MBA from INSEAD Business School and has pioneered the business model innovation and activities-driven commercial and tourism developments since 2005.

Innovator & recognized leader, she specializes in marketing positioning, strategic planning, and tourism products’ design coupled with a global vision and insightful understanding of the real estate and China’s tourism industry. Laura is council member of Asia Real Estate Club and consultant for Sanya Yachting Association. She is the advisor of many international forums, such as Asian High-end Real Estate Forum, CIBS, Asian Tourism & Leisure forum, and World Yacht Festival Forum.

DANG Trung Chinh

Managing Director Vietnam Office

Dang Trung Chinh holds a Master’s Degree from the University of Gloucestershire, and has worked in the Construction and Consultancy industry for more than 15 years in Vietnam, Laos, and Cambodia. He is an expert in the civil engineering industry, Geotechnics, Earthworks, Business Development.

In 2015, Chinh co-created NDA Group Vietnam office. He recruited a team of talented designers committed to providing innovative and sustainable design solutions to tackle the new challenges of a rapidly urbanizing world and create better cities. He understands well the design style, needs, and requirements of Vietnam Project owners, and heads all Vietnam and South East Asia projects.

Guido MILNER

COO NDA Hospitality

Guido Milner holds a dual degree of Executive MBA from INSEAD & TSINGHUA University of Beijing. He is a Hospitality Executive with a career in managing mid-scale to luxury 5-star hotels as General Manager and Regional roles. His 25 years’ experience spans Europe, Hong Kong, and China.

Entrepreneurial and passionate for excellence in details, his expertise covers Operations efficiency, Revenue Management, Sales & Marketing, P&L Optimization, Turnaround & Pre-opening, Risk & Crisis Management, Owners Relations, and Brand Equity Development, amongst others.

Multicultural and multilingual, he is also proficient in hotel projects strategic planning and analysis with a reverse thinking approach addressing the typical pain points of the customer experience journey, employees' well-being and productivity, as well as investors return on investment.
