    Considering the beautiful location in front of the water and in a natural spot, the planning structure was inspired from the movement of the water created by water drops falling into the water. This is why the designed structure is concentric, starting from inner lakes in the center and describing the different program in its concentric “waves”.
    The program includes high-end yacht villa developments, lively commercial waterfront experiences and a large yachting related program including over 1,200 berths and a modern yacht club.
