    Informed by the climatic particularities of sanya, this proposal employs liquid landscape formations to shelter fluid and equivocal spaces that allow for activities to osmotically and reversibly overlap, fuse, disperse and disconnect, following their users' intentions and moods. In order to differentiate the resort from the multitude of incospicuous offers already on market, NDA brings forward a residential-theme park functional hybrid that uses the space underneath the setbacks of the terraced housing typology in order to ingeniously create a powerful anchor for the development: a sheltered, half-open waterpark.
