    NDA created a functioning urban plan and strategic master plan for the future development of the Sanya Yacht industry. Bold master planning of current resources and potential marina locations was combined with an ambitious development plan spanning the next 20 years. This plan established the foundation for Sanya to become a pioneer of waterfront tourism in China, and to be front-runner in terms of policies that will help foster the leisure boating and yachting industry in China.
