Challenging the traditional distribution scheme of media centers, NDA's solution proposes a concentric functional disposition that allows for all the complex, contrasting programs to be linked under one same roof and around one central court. This innovative solution fosters the interactions between each different function, while at the same time creating an iconic volume for the city.
