The Project
Dong A complex is defined as a coastal urban area in combination with resort activities, exhibitions, events, conferences, scientific research, entertainment, and culture - creating an overall diverse space.
The current area is polluted marshland. Taking advantage of the available water surface and isolated location, NDA created a high class water ecology community in Vung Tau. The artificial canal system not only creates landscapes, increases privacy, improves microclimate for the area but also increases comfort when residents can moor their own yachts at the community's dedicated marina.
The project is a perfect balance between community benefits and environmental improvement.
