The Project
Taking advantage of its prime location just across the newly built ferry terminal, the complex becomes a natural gathering point for tourists, and NDA takes advantage of this opportunity to create extensive F&B / retailtainment terraces that emulate the lush natural sceneries of the island and offer a unique tropical setting for the tourists' leisure and entertainment. In order to provide the guests of its more than 300 hotel keys with an authentic Guishan experience, the design investigates the best features of the island: its bamboo handicrafts, its yellow stone formations and its lush vegetation - then recombines them into green clustered formations to become an iconic lifestyle center that captures the quintessence of the island's spirit.
