The Project
Combining the strict regulations for a national-level port of entry with the desire to improve the citizens' livelihoods, this project aims to fully open the waterfront to the public realm by integrating the boating terminal with complex entertainment, shopping and f&b experiences. The ingenious green architectural solution that integrates the facilities within the landscape while alllowing the public to freely access the promenade on top for amazing views of the waterscape makes sure that the boating complex goes beyond its strict functional utility and becomes a city-level destination in itself.
