Vision 2025 Comes to NDA Shanghai!

Here at NDA Group we are gearing up for a truly monumental transformation as we get underway with Vision 2025!

Following hot on the heels of NDA Vision Vietnam, we share Vision 2025 with our Shanghai colleagues.

Vision 2025 encapsulates where we see ourselves in three years’ time and the process in getting there.

It builds upon 30 years of experience, a deft integration into quickly changing environments, and the fact that we have now grown to a global staff of over 120 people, and expect to grow further!

As we grow exponentially, it is vital that NDA’s founding culture of innovation and sustainability stays as deep seated as ever, which we achieve through a dedicated talent development program, and our inhouse NDA Academy to get new talent up to speed.

And so what better way to celebrate and share knowledge than to do so around the 3 best things in the world: good food, fantastic people, and visionary ideas!

Inspired by the Jim Collins book “Good to Great”, we seek to do exactly that by giving compelling meaning to the WHY, WHO, WHAT, and HOW of NDA.
