1 Overview of Nha Trang coast

Our plan for transforming Nha Trang’s incredible coastline into a world class destination garnered wide acclaim and high praise from stakeholders and esteemed media outlets following our latest presentation to the Khanh Hoa Provincial People’s Committee!

We presented a comprehensive range of conceptual designs that meticulously consider every aspect of development here, particularly in fostering tourism, economic opportunity and cultural celebration. We have thoroughly grounded in in-depth research and analysis, holistically considering the project context, general planning for 2040, site characteristics, and diverse considerations. Across almost 20km of coastline, our design progress is guided by strict principles of sustainability, environmental protection, and ease of access.

In approving our vision, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Hai Ninh spoke highly of our designs and made special note that NDA Group took the time and effort to seek out public opinion.

Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee Nguyen Tan Tuan also welcomes our plan, commenting on its compliance with the province’s management policies, and welcomes our vision for enhancing the Yersin Museum, particularly as Alexander Yersin’s house is slated to become a national monument.

Vietnam’s national leading media outlets were also generous with their coverage as outlets like “Dau tu Online”, “VnExpress”, and “Nguoi Lao Dong” praised our expertise in coastal planning and our long term-vision for contributing to Nha Trang’s local economy and environmental awareness.

The enthusiastic support are compelling affirmations to the visionary aspects of our comprehensive conceptual plan, which holds the promise of transforming and elevating Nha Trang's breathtaking coastline into the most diverse and captivating destination in the world.

As the authorities and media recognise, our vision for Nha Trang’s future is transformative as we intertwine the old with the new by creating new landmarks and re-envisioning existing ones.

The natural landscape's dynamic movement lines, the coast city's enchanting contours and the Bird’s Nest - the iconic image of Nha Trang's cultural emblem converge as three design inspirations that immerse us in the creative journey. We create a host of new spaces like the Bird’s Nest Opera House, a conference centre to attract and incubate IPs, and four main theme parks built upon distinct design language, characteristics and color stream:

Simultaneously we level up existing buildings and bestow upon them revitalized names such as The Grand Hotel Nha Trang and Bao Dai Palace to protect them for the future and maximise their public spaces or even take the bold step of demolishing unused buildings like a beach guesthouse to replace it with the Yersin Museum Complex.

Our planning covers the entire spectrum of the Nha Trang coastal experience from designing transportation systems and crafting annual event calendars all the way to minute details like installing utility stations with water fountains and charging ports.

In part it is this attention to detail that the press coverage focuses on, as well as the fact that our planning so thoroughly covers aspects that can be easily overlooked in rapidly developing environments like protecting the coastline with sea walls and improving drainage systems.
