26th of May saw NDA Group join leading industry peers for the BCI Asia Awards 2023 Vietnam held at the Sheraton Saigon Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City.

This award once again cements us as amongst Vietnam’s premier architectural firms, as it rates primarily on volume of business won across the year. It’s a true testament to NDA Vietnam’s hard work, and the wider group’s constant support. Three cheers for NDA Vietnam!

About BCI Asia Awards

BCI Asia Awards are divided into seven major regions, including Hong Kong, Indonsia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and of course Vietnam, with awards recognising a wide spectrum of the industry including architects, planners, developers, and interior designers.

The Top 10 Architects Award uses rigorous criteria to recognise the most impactful architectural firms in Asia – not just marking on total value of projects but also giving special credence to sustainable development.

Since its inception in 2005, the BCI Asia Awards have been widely recognised in the industry and has become one of the most widely coveted in Asia. The invitation-only award ceremony also serves as a premier collaboration platform between industry players.

Our win this year comes from winning multiple projects over 2022, with 3 of our most ambitious highlighted below.

Vi Thanh DIC Star Hotel

DIC Star Hotel’s starting point was to spearhead a new way of consumption and interaction in Vi Thanh, and to spark off urbanization of the town. In doing that it has established itself as a landmark in the new urban area.

The architectural design is inspired by the Mekong River ecosystem, and we integrate DIC Star Hotel into this, with the lower floors echoing tree trunks, terraced gardens mimicking the canopies, and the facade suggesting clouds floating above the Mekong Forest.

Ho Tram Viet Hai Tourist Area

We envision Ho Tram Viet Hai Tourist Area as the perfect destination for modern youth and modern workways.

With miles of beautiful coastline and only two hours from Ho Chi Minh City, Ho Tram Viet Hai Tourist Area is where a new generation of remote digital workers enjoy CBD-like work facilities and world class entertainments in a dynamic beach locale.

Venezia Beach Condominiums
